Macabalan is one of the urban barangays in Cagayan de Oro City. It is
densly populated at is located at the mouth of the Cagayan river and
it's host to the port or Cagayan de Oro City.
It's people very friendly and polite. When
I went to take some pics and video of that dirty canal almost at the
end of the video of barangay Macabalan, someone asked me in a low
voice, why I am doing this, the place is so dirty, so ugly. My answer
was short but simple, when I'm going to show the nice and sunny side
of the barangay, I can't hide the ugly side, I have to show it.
