Calamansi are small citrus fruits with a delicate taste. A few of those make a beautiful cold or hot drink. Two or three Calamansi squeezed over the favorite noodle dish ‘Pancit’ giving an extra kick. A ripe, half papaya fruit with a few dashes of Calamansi Juice sprinkled over it will be a delicious fruity breakfast. Newcomers to Filipino Cuisine should ask for it.
