Is SMART cheating customers of their load?
It seems SMART is cheating at least one of their customers of their load.
I am sending a young lady in Cagayan de Oro City through CHIKKA sometimes load to her cellphone number. It takes not even a minute and the amount, mostly in the P30 range, is booked on her cellphone number. After sending a ‘thank you’ message in reply in the amount of P2.50 to abroad suddenly the whole load is gone. This happend not only one time, it has happend in the last few weeks about ten times. She has required through textmessages to SMART but up to today all has been unanswered.
The whole amount of about P300 is not a big deal, but it could be a big deal if this happens to more customers of SMART as only one. I required on my behalf to SMART a few days ago and until today nobody replied. It seems nobody by SMART takes a customer seriously.
Anyway the young lady is not not using SMART anymore and got herself a GLOBE SIM CARD and I send ther through CHIKKA load again and there is no problem and she is happy.
