The world has gone crazy
This story has actually nothing to do with Cagayan de Oro but I want to help to spread the story.

I by myself don’t want to comment so much on this but I want everybody makes up his own mind about Agrarian Reform Secretary Nasser Pangandaman Sr. who has just been named to the peace panel to bring peace to Mindanao who didn’t interfer when his son who is the mayor of Masiu, a little town with about 30,000 inhabitants at the southeastcoast of lake Lanao in Lanao del Sur, with his bodyguards beat up twice a father of 56 years and his 14 year old child and the 18 year old daughter had to look on.
They even had the nerv to file counter charges. Abuse of power of the purest.
